We collect plastic waste and repurpose into RESIN8 that is used in ECO blocks and other concrete materials for construction per our Partners at Pedregal.

Social

We use the ECO Blocks to build Via our “ Green Homes Program” and donate them to local families in need.

Educational

We work with local schools to educate students on the hazards of single use plastics. Through our partner program “ The Bag That Builds” by CRDC Global.

About Makes Me Happy

Makes Me Happy is on the ground level in Costa Rica providing the community with infrastructure logistical improvements to their waste management systems.

  • We are collecting plastics and recyclables from 100 local schools, reaching 10,000 children.
  • Monthly roadside cleanups.

Environmental

We collect and accept 100% plastic types through regularly scheduled roadside cleanups, beach cleanups and directly from more than 10,000 students with weekly school pickups.

We repurpose these plastics into RESIN8. This Resin creates ECO Blocks that are used for construction.  Each ECO Block contains more than 1 pound of plastic.

Social

CRMMH has formed relationships with Mercy Home Ministry, a volunteer based home building organization. Their logistics and volunteers to help accelerate the build rate of the homes.

On top of that we have partnered with Planet Water Foundation to provide the homes with filtration and electricity. Every home has approximately 1 Ton of waste plastics used in its construction.
